Q: How do I place an order?
A: Ordering is very simple! Just follow these easy steps.
- Log in/ Register or just begin to shop.
- When you locate an item you want to buy, enter the quantity ordering the quantity field and click the "Add to Cart" button next to it. The item is now in your order.
- When you are finished shopping, click "Checkout" to purchase your items.
If you haven't done so already, at checkout you will be asked to create your own customer account or you can checkout as a guest. Review your order for accuracy and select the preferred shipment method before you finish by clicking "Continue".
You're all done! We will send you an email confirmation, which includes order-tracking information once your order has been processed.
Q: What methods of payments do you accept?
A: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal and Purchase Order (Contact Customer Service for Details).
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Orders placed with our online store will be shipped within 72 hours, depending upon product availability.
Q: Will I be able to track my order?
Yes, you will receive an email that will include order tracking details when shipped.
Q: Who will be delivering my Order?
A: All orders ship usually using either United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service or FedEx. You will be given the choice at checkout of what shipment service you wish to use.
