Johnson & Johnson ELASTIKON elastic tape consists of a cotton elastic cloth tape having a rubber based adhesive. Applications for use include, strapping, fractures, muscle injuries and using with a pressure dressing when elasticity is important. Because ELASTIKON is elastic, it conforms to hard to bandage areas such as elbows, knees and shoulders. Porous tape allows for breathability. The rubber based adhesive makes the tape hold firmly yet it is gentle to remove without minimal tape residue left on the skin.
